SoulUp Gym is a gym for your emotions.  You get to work out  the entire spectrum of your feelings and be yourself, safely and without being judged. It’s a space that is just like the normal world but you actually get heard. It’s like an old-school internet forum but offline. It’s a place to find friends, without double quotation marks. It’s what human happiness once was, and will be again, one day.

F.A.Q.

We are bringing the warmth of human interaction back.

Why do I need a gym for my mind and soul?
Today, the default place we go for human interaction is social media. When social media just started out, it entered our lives with a promise to erase the borders and to give each of us a platform to express our innermost thoughts and feelings, and be loved for it.

And then it totally didn’t happen.

While we all try our best, the online environment as we know it today was not designed to make us happy. It was designed to keep us hooked so that we keep working for free to feed the algorithmic data monster. The more we feed it, the more shameless the monster grows.

The only way to become happy is to stop feeding the monster and start interacting with other people face to face. But hey, it’s not that easy! What if people try to crush your precious ego? What if you say something with an innocent intention, and the the other person gets triggered, and tries to “cancel” you or get you fired from your job?

What we offer is a place where it’s safe to interact with other people face to face, on your level, according to your current emotional needs. You tell us if you want a safe space that is warm and comforting or a safe space to share your frustrations and not be judged. We match you with the right “genre” of conversation and you get to be human your way, surrounded by people who are on the same page.

You’ll feel better.
